Refunds

I want our time together to be as seamless and clear as possible, so I have a few policies in place to respect the energy and time we both invest in these sessions. Because of the personal and spiritual nature of this work, I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. My only guarantee is the delivery of the reading itself, and while I pour my heart into every session, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction with the messages received.

Cancellations/Reschedules

Once an appointment is booked, it cannot be cancelled for a refund, but I am happy to offer a one-time rescheduling of your session. To qualify for this, you must reach out to me at least 4 hours before our scheduled time or reschedule via the "reschedule" link sent in your confirmation email. If you do not show up for our appointment or if you fail to reschedule within that 4-hour window, the session and the payment will be forfeited without a refund.

To ensure everything goes smoothly and that I can deliver your insights in a timely fashion, please double-check your contact information before completing your order. It is your responsibility to make sure I have the correct email or phone number to reach you. By purchasing a reading, you are agreeing to these terms and acknowledging that all sales are final, regardless of the situation.
